Refusal of Acceptance
If the customer refuses to accept delivery or fails to collect the parcel from a delivery point or collection station, we assume no liability for the costs incurred or for refunding the purchase price. The parcel will either be returned to the sender or, if applicable, held at the collection station or by the delivery service. Please note that no refund of the purchase price is possible after refusal of acceptance, unless it is due to an error on our part. Return costs due to refusal of acceptance or non-collection will be charged to the customer.

If an order is returned to us after refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to charge a fee for the return. We recommend ensuring that the specified delivery addresses are correct and that acceptance of the parcel is guaranteed before placing an order.
Important Note:
We assume no liability for delayed deliveries if the parcel is not accepted or collected after delivery. Likewise, we cannot take responsibility for orders sent to a collection station or parcel pick-up point if they are not collected there.
