1. Shipping & Delivery

As a small startup, we are incredibly pleased with the enormous popularity and the large number of orders we receive daily. Our team is currently working at full speed to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Processing your order usually takes 3–4 business days.
Delivery then takes place within 5–10 business days.
We usually ship our orders with DHL.

1.2. Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email. As soon as your package has been packed by us and is shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number so you can track the status of your shipment at any time.

2. Payment

Payment methods
For payment, we offer PayPal and, in cooperation with Shopify Payments, the payment methods listed below:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro
- Klarna invoice
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay

PayPal
Just a few steps to pay:
1. Select "PayPal" as the payment method at checkout.
2. To process the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. For the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal, it is not necessary to set up a PayPal account.
4. After that, you will be redirected back to us (www.fellflaire.de).

Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple device, observing the verification steps. Google Pay
You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device, observing the verification steps. KLARNA
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment options.

Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from the shipment of the goods or ticket or, for other services, from the provision of the service.   • Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR) or according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice.   • Direct debit: The direct debit will be made after the goods have been shipped. We will inform you of the exact date by e-mail. The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Therefore, we transmit your data to Klarna during the initiation of the purchase and the processing of the purchase contract for the purpose of address and credit assessment. Please understand that we can only offer you the payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.

Credit Card
If paying by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.


3. Taxes & Duties

All prices include the statutory VAT for deliveries within Germany.

For deliveries to other countries, different tax regulations may apply, depending on the respective destination country.
As a rule, you will not incur any additional costs for delivery through our shipping service.
